The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 18+ years of industry experience, and a strong understanding of water resource engineering. Compensation ranges from $154,000 to $230,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• 18+ years of experience in civil and/or hydraulic engineering.
• Professional Engineering registration is required. California PE registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Identify project opportunities and prepare proposals.
• Ensure project plans are accurate and reflect authorized changes.
