Responsibilities

• Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinate activities of other personnel at Team Lead level.
• Manage activities of two or more teams or departments.
• Interact with senior management on matters spanning several functional areas, divisions or customers.
• Responsible for managing organizational and/or contractual project budgets.
• Manage projects in a complex environment and retain key clients while delivering innovative solutions.
• Develop marketing plans and activities and lead major proposals.
• Develop relationships and identify opportunities leading to sales or referrals.
• Mentor and coach team members and facilitate learning.
• Support recruitment and retention of staff within the team.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to address complex client needs.
• Ensure delivery of all work within established timeframes and maintain professional image.

About the Role

We are involved in complex, global and high-profile litigation, arbitration and investigations combining end‑to‑end risk advisory, investigative and disputes expertise to deliver holistic solutions for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel at the Team Lead level
• Manage activities of two or more teams or departments
• Regularly interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, division and and/or customers
• Responsible for managing organizational and/or contractual project budgets
• Manage projects in a complex environment, ensures retention of key clients and uses in-depth industry knowledge and experience to identify/deliver innovative solutions for the client
• Develops specific marketing plans and activities
• Leads major proposals
• Develops relationships and identifies opportunities that lead to significant sales or referrals
• Acts as role model for mentoring, coaching, and learning
• Actively facilitates development in client or project setting, as well as through formal learning experiences
• Actively contributes to successful recruitment of candidates and retention of existing team members
• Works with various practice leaders to facilitate cross‑functional teams to address complex client needs or opportunities
• Works to ensure a quality product, as well as delivery of all work within established timeframes
• Maintain professional image within the firm and project same to those outside the firm

Compensation

Minimum Pay:$300,000.00

Maximum Pay:$900,000.00
