FTI Consulting is seeking a Director to manage day‑to‑day client accounts within Corporate Positioning & Insights. You will design integrated communications, oversee strategy, messaging and stakeholder content, and flex onto event‑driven engagements such as IPOs or crises.

Our Corporate Positioning & Insights team is looking for a Director who will take an active role in supporting the day‑to‑day management of client accounts. FTI Consulting’s Corporate Positioning & Insights practice partners with our clients to design and execute multi‑stakeholder campaigns that build confidence, enhance positioning and elicit action among key stakeholder groups. We help organizations define their corporate narrative and use strategic communications to protect and promote their license to operate. The Director will also flex onto event‑driven engagements (e.g., IPO, crisis/issues management, M&A, etc.) so the right candidate is a confident and strong project manager, thrives in fast‑paced environments and is excited to roll up their sleeves to craft strategies, messaging, stakeholder communications and content, and beyond.
This person will interact with and provide communications support and counsel to client companies, develop and execute integrated communications strategies to deliver results that meet client expectations, and actively participate in firm development and new business pursuits to help grow the business.

Minimum Pay: $102,000
Maximum Pay: $173,000
Compensation Disclosure: The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role. Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual’s location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.
