Job description

Senior Managing Consultant, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY, and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100% telecommuting permitted):

1. Oversee Request for Proposals (RFP) and Project Change Request (PCR) development, managing the process end-to-end from developing proposals to estimating complex projects from a solution, resource, and budget perspective.
2. Develop Key Proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) for deal registration in internal systems.
3. Lead AI value strategy projects leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency.
4. Contribute to global client projects across enterprise strategy and AI, working closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
5. Drive IBM's global efforts to build eminence in automation, cloud, generative AI, and Watsonx by developing and presenting enterprise strategies that showcase integrated business solutions, automation, and technology capabilities to deliver business value and innovation.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with VP/SVP or higher-level clients to understand their needs and priorities.
7. Lead a strategy team to develop and manage client project plans, timelines, and resources for successful delivery.
8. Utilize Project Management, Agile, Garage, AI and Generative AI skills, and Design Thinking methodologies.

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with at least five (5) years of experience as a Data Analyst, Strategy Consultant, Managing Consultant, or related roles. Experience must include utilizing Project Management, Agile, Garage, AI and Generative AI skills, and Design Thinking methodology. Salary range: $239,003 to $270,000 per year. Full-time. V186.
