Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, logistics, or related field.

• 5+ years leading managers and large teams in high-volume environments.
• Proven track record improving productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory control, and distribution best practices.

About the Role

Are you an experienced warehouse leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development? Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Senior Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

As a key member of the operations leadership team, you’ll develop high-performing teams, support the testing and diagnostic evaluation of incoming technology assets for refurbishment, driving efficiency and maintaining the highest operational standards. You will work closely with Transportation, Inventory Control, Engineering, Human Resources, and Customer Service to align operations, optimize performance, and achieve business objectives

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive warehouse, distribution, or supply chain leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading supervisors, managers, and large operational teams in a high-volume environment.
• Proven success managing complex warehouse operations while driving productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong experience implementing operational strategies, process improvements, and performance management programs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, lead change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in warehouse management systems, inventory control, labor planning, and distribution center best practices.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and executive-level communication abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for training and business meetings.
