About the Role:
As the Senior Manager of Walmart Supply Chain & Operations, you will own the end-to-end operational engine behind Dr. Squatch’s $200M+ Walmart business. This is a high-impact, execution-heavy role that sits at the intersection of supply chain and order management— responsible for keeping product flowing, replenishment performing, and Walmart relationships running smoothly. You will serve as the primary internal owner of Forecasting & Replenishment, and a close operational partner on Order to Cash as Dr. Squatch transitions these capabilities in-house. You will build and maintain a direct working relationship with Walmart's Replenishment Managers — proactively flagging DC/store-level risks, aligning on CPFR cadence, and surfacing Dr. Squatch supply constraints or opportunities before they become in-stock issues
You will work in close partnership with the Walmart account team and cross-functional partners in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure the business operates with precision at scale. This role requires deep Walmart systems fluency, strong analytical instincts, and the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent operational workstreams without losing sight of the bigger commercial picture.
This role will report to the Head of Mass Channel.
This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Bentonville, AR. Proximity to Walmart’s home office is essential to this role.
This role's anticipated base compensation range will be $120,000 to $150,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
