Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Lead to manage the Vulnerability Management program across the enterprise. You will develop policies, plan and execute regular assessments, and drive timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities.

You will present metrics to leadership, coordinate with IT, security, and product teams, and ensure awareness of risks across departments. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Lead and manage Ralph Lauren’s Vulnerability Management program

• Development and enhancement of vulnerability management policies, procedures, and guidelines.


• Plan and execute regular vulnerability assessments within our environment.


• Develop and implement strategies for mitigating identified vulnerabilities in a timely manner.


• Prioritization and drive mitigation/remediation efforts.


• Prepare and present regular reports on the status of vulnerability management activities (metrics, trends, recommendations for improvement …), to leadership and stakeholders.


• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various departments to ensure awareness of vulnerabilities and support for remediation.

• Experience with vulnerability management platforms (e.g., Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7) and related technologies in large corporate environments.


• Extensive knowledge and experience assessing and coordinate addressing in Microsoft, Apple and Linux operating systems.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong project management and communication skills.
