What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Build trust while proactively partnering with UX, Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes
• Define research roadmaps and identify research opportunities based on partner priorities and business needs
• Lead and mentor a team of researchers, fostering skill development and team engagement
• Integrate research processes into the overall product development lifecycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Champion user-centered data and advocate for its importance across the organization
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 7+ years of experience practicing UX design research for digital product teams
• Proven experience in a people management role, including hiring and coaching high-performing teams
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and create impact at various leadership levels
• Strong data-driven visual, verbal, and written storytelling skills
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders through all phases of research and product development
