First Citizens Bank is seeking a Treasury Senior Manager to lead the Banking Relations Operations team. This role is responsible for leading a team that provides critical support to the General and Commercial Banks Business Units, focusing on Bank Account management (internal and external), system configuration, Bank fee management, Key Performance and Risk Indicator reporting, advisory services to Business Units and compliance with policies and regulations. In addition to overseeing day to day tasks, the Senior Manager will also be responsible for modernizing Banking Relations workflows, metric reporting and processes to enhance operational efficiencies and support the Bank’s continued growth. The successful candidate will collaborate across functions to mitigate risk, offer subject matter expertise, and implement key business strategies.
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Banking Treasury/Finance OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Banking Treasury/Finance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Skill(s): Experience with financial risk modeling - market risk, credit risk, or operational risk; Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.
