Job summary

Lummus Technology is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to join the HR Leadership Team in Houston. You will report to the Head of Total Rewards with visibility to the CHRO and help shape the global rewards strategy.

You will lead annual merit and bonus planning, build job architecture and pay ranges, support executive compensation, and partner with Finance and Legal to ensure responsible programs. Proficiency with Workday and analytics is expected.
