Job summary

The State of Georgia, Department of Public Health, is seeking a Senior Manager, Title V to lead statewide administration of the Title V Block Grant and ensure grant compliance across Georgia.

You will manage annual HRSA grant reviews, develop grant applications and reports, monitor performance metrics, oversee funding allocations, and supervise staff while collaborating with public health districts and partner agencies.

Qualifications

  • Requires 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing Federal Grants preferred.
  • Knowledge of Title V Block Grant and HRSA requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for the administration of the Title V Block Grant in Georgia.
  • Ensure compliance with Title V requirements and oversee annual HRSA grant review.
  • Develop and submit Title V Block Grant applications, annual report, and needs assessment.
  • Determine and monitor key performance metrics and allocate funding and contracts.
