Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an Integration Specialist to support third-party vendors and RIAs integrating with Schwab Advisor Services data and workflows. You will manage onboarding, lead integration projects, and coordinate with product, development, and client teams onsite in Westlake, TX.
The role requires 5+ years in financial services/product/technical support, strong API/SSO knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Our API program is an open architecture approach that offers secure, high-quality integration with many of the leading technologies that support an RIA’s practice. Using a variety of capabilities, our participants build customized integrations to help Advisors and their clients access Schwab Advisor Center capabilities across systems including AI platforms, client relationship management, financial planning, trading & rebalancing, and portfolio & risk management.
With the growing third-party technology landscape, Schwab Advisor Services is expanding the third-party Participant Integration (PI) team to support new and existing program participants.
The candidate will support third-party vendors and Registered Investment Advisory firms seeking to integrate their technology platforms with Schwab Advisor Services data and workflows utilizing proprietary API’s, MCP servers, SFTP file transfers, single sign-on, and other channels offered through our third-party integration programs.
What You’ll Do
As an Integration Specialist you will provide our program participants with the guidance and support that enables the creation of simple and intuitive cross-platform experiences for the benefit of our shared clients.
