From onboarding and strategy launches to ongoing governance, business reviews, and issue resolution, you will help managers successfully navigate Schwab's platform while identifying opportunities to enhance the overall managed accounts offering. The role will support a diverse set of investment strategies, including Long/Short SMA solutions, requiring an understanding of the operational, financing, margin, collateral, and servicing considerations that contribute to successful program delivery. Working across Trading, Margin, Treasury, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Advisor Services, and other business partners, you will influence decisions, solve complex challenges, and drive outcomes that improve manager experience, support business growth, and strengthen the durability of Schwab's managed investing platform.
