Senior Manager, Technical Product Management

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead a dynamic team including business analysts, designers, researchers, and digital and AI consultants. The role focuses on enhancing the customer experience for adult learners, driving strategies to support their GED journey, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, research, and technology product management, with proven leadership and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of business analysts and UX designers.
• Develop end-to-end products, including UI components, user stories, wireframes, and requirements for developers.
• Create user experience strategies based on adult learners' needs.
• Maintain and prioritize a technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical features and oversee their implementation.
• Use analytics tools to track performance and inform decisions.
• Vet and implement AI strategies to enhance the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop a cohesive design system and style guide for all platforms.
• Oversee digital product budgets and optimize spending.

Must-Have Attributes

• 5+ years in Technology Product Management or related roles in software, tech, or ed tech industries.
• 3+ years in UX design focused on customer success.
• BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or related field, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong project management, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, UserTesting, and Aha!
