Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Lake Mary, Florida, is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting to lead complex technical accounting matters, train the team, and partner with CFOs and Controllers. Hybrid work arrangement in Lake Mary, FL, with travel as needed.

The role requires strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606/842/810, and experience with large multinational contracts. CPA preferred; SAP, OneStream, or BlackLine experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business with accounting concentration.
• Seven (7) years accounting experience required.
• Public Accounting experience preferred; multinational exposure valued.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions.
• Research US GAAP and IFRS matters and communicate conclusions.
• Train and mentor accounting team members.
• Oversee external audits and consolidate financial statements.
• Develop policies to strengthen internal controls.
