Job summary

A premium spirits company is looking for a Manager in Technical Accounting and External Reporting to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC guidelines. This role involves preparing SEC reports, analyzing complex accounting issues, and collaborating across departments for process improvements. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, CPA certification, and 5+ years of accounting experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. A hybrid work schedule allows for both in-office collaboration and remote work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including experience in public accounting.
• Experience supervising and developing professional staff is a plus.
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex accounting topics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review SEC Form 10-Q and 10-K reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors for financial reporting deliverables.
• Research accounting for non-routine transactions.
