This role sits on the People and Culture team, supporting all team members across VistaPrint. The team will partner with our parent company, Cimpress, to scale talent programs and practices throughout other parts of the organization. What You Will Do


The Sr. Manager, Talent Management Lead is a leader who can earn trust, partner cross-functionally, define problem statements, analyze trends and patterns, and deliver scalable solutions. This leader will help design, implement, and continuously improve our talent management, performance, and promotion frameworks. This role will own our annual processes and help optimize our HR tools. They will work closely with HRBPs and other Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Communications, Employee Experience, and Learning & Development). The Talent team also partners with leaders to consistently inspect and assess how our talent and performance management cycles support the Cimpress and Vista team members and accelerate business outcomes.




  • Oversee the talent and performance review strategies to enable team member growth and evaluations, and identify gaps, increase team member development, and increase manager capabilities

  • Lead cross-functional groups and contribute to the development of the overall HR strategy, with a specific focus on talent management

  • Develop and iterate on biannual and annual talent review processes to ensure equitable talent evaluation outcomes, collaborating with global Business Partner teams to steer performance and development reviews

  • Create efficient and consistent promotion processes and ensure we set a higher standard with every promotion

  • Advocate for Blueprint as a tool and collaborate with HRIS and Success Factors to ensure we have the appropriate functionalities for our requirements

  • Act as the point of contact and align with the HR Business Partners community to support talent programs that develop talent from within and foster future leaders across all levels of the hierarchy

  • Build success profiles for specific levels and roles and support leadership in calibrating talent to a high standard

  • Develop manager proficiency in managing talent performance

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field; advanced degree preferred

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in talent management and organizational development

  • Demonstrates business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analytical acuity

  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing talent-related solutions

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage complex projects with competing priorities, and demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strategic problem solver with a data-driven approach
