We have an opening for a Senior Manager, Talent Management Business Partner (Employee Relations Specialist)
The Senior Manager, Talent Management Business Partner (TMBP) position serves as a strategic HR partner to designated business departments and legal practice groups, ensuring alignment between business objectives and Talent Management (“TM”) initiatives. This role collaborates across TM functions to deliver solutions that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention while fostering a strong organizational culture.
In this capacity, the Senior Manager, TMBP will:
Strategic Talent Management & Workforce Planning
Employee Relations & Compliance
Leadership Support & Performance Management
Qualifications:

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $154,500 and a maximum of $212,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
