We're looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Development & Performance to help build the systems that enable people to ramp quickly, perform at a high level, and continue growing throughout their careers at Turn/River. Sitting on our People Team and reporting to the Head of People, this person will own several of the firm's most important talent programs, including immersive onboarding and learning, performance management, career development, and manager enablement. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who has seen what excellent talent practices look like in a high-performance organization and is excited to create the right version for a growing firm - not simply inherit established programs. You'll work closely with leaders and subject matter experts across the firm to capture what great looks like here and translate that into practical, engaging development experiences. You'll also help evolve how we approach performance and growth so that expectations, feedback, development, and career progression are meaningfully connected.
