Job summary

Jobtailor in Kansas seeks a seasoned engineering leader to build and mentor a high-performing Senior+ team, instilling accountability, ownership, and a culture of continuous growth. You will guide architecture and delivery at scale.

You will own capex budgeting, define deployment for pre-GA tech, and drive AI integration across workflows, partnering with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong strategic communication to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years related experience
• Advanced degree with 6 years related experience
• 5+ years of People Management experience, including leading Senior+ level engineers (Preferred)
• Technical background in IP networking, systems architecture, or infrastructure engineering (Preferred)
• Experience managing organizational budgets and making investment trade‑offs (Preferred)
• Experience with external technology vendor partnerships and negotiations (Preferred)
