Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/DS/ML or related STEM field.
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep hands-on experience building AI/ML systems at scale.

• Proven ability to partner with Product and business stakeholders.
• Expertise in scalable production AI system design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
