Job summary

AMD is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Planning to lead supply planning for its Client programs. You will guide a team of planners responsible for translating demand, capacity, material availability, and risks into actionable supply plans.

You will partner across Business Units, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and external suppliers to support successful product ramps, customer commitments, revenue attainment, and profitable growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
Advanced degree or certification in supply chain is a plus.
Experience leading cross-functional problem solving across regions.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Planners for AMD Client programs.
Own short-, mid-, and long-term supply planning to meet ramps and revenue targets.
Align demand, supply, capacity, materials, and execution priorities across orgs.
Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans with clear business impact.
Track KPIs: on-time delivery, inventory health, and supply commit accuracy.
Resolve shortages and capacity constraints with cross-functional teams.
Improve planning processes, systems, and tools across multi-site networks.
Champion continuous improvement and standard work.
