Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Risk Management) or equivalent.
• Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain strategy, procurement transformation, or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured, data-driven processes to identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate supply chain risks before disruptions occur.
• Champion the risk register and regular review process evaluating business impact and resilience needs.
• Identify critical materials, suppliers, and dependencies requiring mitigation and continuity planning.
• Partner cross-functionally to strengthen readiness and resilience against disruption impacts.
• Develop stress test exercises to validate plans and improve readiness for risks.
