You will lead structured, data-driven risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation strategies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop playbooks, run stress tests, and deliver insights to leadership, aligning mitigation actions with business impact and time-to-recover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, risk management, or resilience roles.
• Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery and risk reporting.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301 and risk assessment frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured, data-driven processes to identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate supply chain risks across materials, suppliers, and nodes.
• Champion the risk register and regular review process with impact, exposure, time-to-recover, and criticality.
• Identify critical materials and suppliers for focused mitigation and continuity planning.
• Partner across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering to strengthen disruption readiness.
• Develop stress tests, validate plans, and provide actionable leadership recommendations.
