This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey, with alternate locations in Horsham, Pennsylvania; Zug, Switzerland; or Beerse, Belgium. The Senior Manager will oversee end-to-end Supply Chain Reliability, focusing on digitization, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational performance and reliability.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields. Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, APICS preferred.
Experience & Skills: Minimum 8 years in supply chain management within regulated industries; strong understanding of supply chain processes; proficiency in project management; excellent communication skills; experience in digitalization and change management; leadership capabilities.
Requires proficiency in English, up to 15% travel, and on-site work at least three days per week. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $207,000 USD, with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
