Job summary

The University of Louisville seeks a Manager of Student Financial Aid to lead the Fiscal, Operational, and Scholarship Management (FOSM) team. You will supervise staff, manage scholarship and state aid programs, and ensure accurate awarding and disbursement of funds.

You will translate requirements into procedures, oversee workflow, collaborate with campus partners and state agencies, and ensure financial controls using PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Workday Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four (4) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience administering scholarships and state aid programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned professional, student, and temporary employees and manage workflow.
• Oversee scholarship and state aid programs from eligibility through awarding and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with state agencies and campus partners for compliance and reporting.
