Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and coordinate workflows within the office.
• Manage assigned institutional, departmental, outside, and state aid programs from eligibility review through awarding and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority and other state agencies.
• Ensure accurate, timely program communications and resolve processing issues.
