Lightsource bp is seeking a Senior Manager, Structured Finance to lead transaction execution and finance structuring for utility-scale solar and storage in the US. This hybrid role works from Austin, Denver, or San Francisco, coordinating across functions to drive deal flow and financial modeling excellence.
The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in project finance within renewables, a strong command of Excel-based modeling (VBA a plus), and a passion for US power markets.

The Structured Finance team is committed to helping Lightsource bp finance and commercialize utility‑scale renewable energy projects. To support that mandate, we are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Senior Manager, Structured Finance to join a dynamic and high‑performing team supporting substantial deal flow across our U.S. platform.
