About the role…

ShopMy is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Strategy & Operations team as a Senior Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving high-impact strategic initiatives across the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to solve complex business challenges, implement strategic plans, and oversee mission-critical projects from concept to execution. Roles and responsibilities…

• As a Senior Manager on Strategy & Operations, you be an integral member of the team tackling high-impact, cross-functional projects throughout the company
• You will work closely with ShopMy leadership to solve core business challenges, work through ambiguity, and drive results
• You will develop and refine processes to enhance business operations and support scalable growth, ensuring that projects are implemented effectively and efficiently
• You will identify specific areas of opportunity through analysis and discovery efforts, test those hypotheses and bring forward-looking recommendations to the table
• You will structure strategic and operational initiatives by developing work plans, aligning on key milestones and KPIs
• You will be the end-to-end owner of projects, jumping into different areas of the company and overseeing the execution of mission critical initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6-7 years of professional experience in management consulting, finance, or strategy & operations roles at high-growth startup/SaaS company
• Outstanding execution abilities and a can-do mindset: you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive deep into the details to solve a problem
• Comfortable toggling between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
• Excellent project management capabilities, with a track record of successfully leading and running cross-functional projects
• Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets and translate them into actionable strategies
• Self-starter mentality with a passion for problem-solving and the ability to work independently while driving high-impact initiatives.
• Strong communication and influence abilities, including experience presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Google suite; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
