ONE HIRING USA is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategic Business Solutions in Andover, MA. This role combines tax leadership with broad accounting and advisory work, not just compliance.

The candidate should bring 8+ years in public accounting, CPA credentials, and experience across Tax, Accounting and Audit, with a proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and mentor junior staff. This is a high-responsibility client-facing leadership role.

Formación

• 8+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA required.
• Experience across Tax, Accounting and/or Audit.
• Experience managing client relationships and multiple engagements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work directly with Partners and senior client contacts.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience leading and developing junior professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of clients and act as a senior point of contact for their accounting and tax needs.
• Lead and review Corporate, Individual, Partnership and other business tax returns.
• Provide tax planning and advisory support throughout the year.
• Work with clients on broader accounting, financial reporting and business matters.
• Support review and compilation engagements and other accounting-related assignments.
• Apply audit and accounting knowledge when working through complex client issues.
• Review financial statements and related client deliverables.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and additional areas where the firm can support clients.
• Work closely with Partners on client strategy, complex issues and service delivery.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Manage engagement timelines, budgets and client expectations.
• Review work prepared by Managers, Seniors and Associates.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical development to junior team members.
• Assist with the development of less experienced professionals and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
• Support business development and identify opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with Tax, Audit and other areas of the firm to provide an integrated client service.
