Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks a Business Operations leader to guide ASIC and wafer supply chain, inventory, and supplier relationships. You will build and manage a team of ops managers and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-changing, highly technical environment.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in strategy, supplier performance, and leading diverse teams across engineering and operations, with experience in new and ambiguous settings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 7+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and release schedules.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to establish wafer and ASIC supply chain and overall business structure.
  • Experience with agile or program management methodologies.

Amazon Leo team is looking for a Business Operations leader to support business and engineering stakeholders in selecting, developing and managing business relationships with critical technology and service suppliers, and others as needed to execute on Amazon Leo objectives. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record developing and executing strategy, and managing supplier performance. Experience working in new and ambiguous environments while solving complex problems with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders will be an advantage.
Key job responsibilities
Be the Leader for ASIC Global Business Operations. Develops operations models and oversees supply chain, sales orders and inventory management.
Develop a team of Business Operations Managers responsible for supply and demand planning, inventory management, material allocations, sales orders, and fulfillment.
Lead cross-functional Initiatives to establish wafer and ASIC supply chain process and overall structure of the business.
Leading supply chain and inventory management, setting goals, and strategic directions, and driving automation and process improvements.
Lead and drive operational collaboration with suppliers and internal customers.
Provide leadership on project selection, scope, definition and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.
Train team members on new processes and ensure effective communication of change.

Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
