Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Business Operations Leader to guide ASIC Global Operations, overseeing supply chain, inventory, and stakeholder alignment. You will build and mentor a team of ops managers, drive cross-functional initiatives, and lead process improvements to support the wafer/ASIC supply chain.

  • Knowledge of cloud computing services or deployment architecture.
  • Experience communicating with executive level stakeholders.

  • Train team members on new processes and ensure effective communication of change.

Business Operations Leader

Amazon Leo team is looking for a Business Operations leader to support business and engineering stakeholders in selecting, developing and managing business relationships with critical technology and service suppliers, and others as needed to execute on Amazon Leo objectives. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record developing and executing strategy, and managing supplier performance. Experience working in new and ambiguous environments while solving complex problems with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders will be an advantage.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
