Job summary

Amazon Leo in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Manager, ASIC Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain for complex semiconductor ASIC programs, owning demand planning, foundry and OSAT management, capacity strategy, and risk mitigation across a global manufacturing footprint.

The role drives demand/supply alignment, manages shortages and logistics, develops KPIs and executive reports, and collaborates with internal teams and suppliers. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing efforts in Unix/Linux environments, distributed systems or developing large-scale web applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Supply Chain professionals to handle Satellite and Customer Terminal Supply.
• Own end-to-end supply chain for ASICs through all aspects including wafer starts, assembly, test and final delivery.
• Drive demand/supply alignment through alignment with internal teams.
• Manage supply risks i.e. shortages, geopolitical, yield, logistics etc with pro‑active mitigation plans.
• Develop KPI’s, dashboards and executive level reporting for internal ASIC supply reviews.
• Liaison with Amazon Leo Headquarter planning team, Monitoring, managing, and driving to assure goals/schedules are being met.
• Communicate forecast and verify fulfillment from a materials perspective.
• Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate any shortages preventing meeting order schedule, including assisting in sourcing of materials as required.
• Schedule and host meetings with suppliers in US and/or globally as required.
• Responsible for report generation and distribution.
• Represent project team in internal/ external program meetings.
• Travel required, up to 10%

The Amazon Leo team is looking for a Mgr. ASIC Supply Chain to lead end to end supply chain execution for complex semiconductor ASIC programs. This role owns demand planning, foundry and OSAT management, capacity strategy, risk mitigation across a global manufacturing footprint. Ensure ASIC Clear to Build for Satellite and Customer Terminals as well as for special project executions.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).

Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
