Responsibilities

• Lead complex strategic initiatives or major cross-functional workstreams.
• Define scope, roadmap, governance, milestones, and success metrics.
• Translate priorities into structured problem-solving plans and execution plans.
• Drive disciplined execution including risk management and performance tracking.
• Develop executive-grade presentations and recommendations for decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities and maintain momentum.
• Act as a change agent to support adoption and new ways of working.
• Provide thought leadership on process improvements and operating models.
• Mentor junior teammates and rotate across 2–3 assignments over 2–3 years.
