Job summary

Adobe is seeking a seasoned finance leader to drive strategic FP&A across the Creator organization, supporting Lightroom Mobile and Photoshop Web & Mobile. You will lead long-range planning, scenario modeling, and executive-ready analyses.

Collaborate with Finance, Product, Operations, and Corporate Development to translate insights into action and champion AI-enabled finance initiatives. Independently manage ambiguity and influence senior leaders with clear, data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or related analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes, including forecasting, annual planning, long-range planning, performance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Experience using AI to improve workflows, accelerate analysis, and uncover business insights.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence decisions across teams.
• Strong collaboration skills and a track record of building trusted partnerships across organizations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with TM1, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Expected Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,700 -- $256,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $177,100 - $256,500. In Washington, the pay range for this position is $155,500 - $225,300.
