Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in capital markets, bank coverage or related fields.
• Experience at a commercial or investment bank, advisory firm or institutional investor.
• Proven track record managing relationships with bank counterparties or institutional investors.
• Familiarity with tax equity, structured finance or debt capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Support coverage of bank counterparties and execute the bank coverage strategy.
• Develop understanding of bank mandates and translate them into actionable opportunities.
• Maintain the bank coverage model and target list, mapping demand to capital solutions.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned bank relationships and prepare for meetings.
• Own accuracy of the bank pipeline in CRM and produce regular leadership updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on bank information requests and timelines.
• Represent the organization at industry events and identify new capital channels.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Bank Capital to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will help shape and execute a bank coverage strategy that connects institutional capital providers with financing opportunities in the renewable energy and infrastructure markets. The position will manage key relationships, translate counterparty needs into actionable opportunities, and help ensure leadership has clear visibility into pipeline activity and relationship progress. You will work cross-functionally to coordinate information flow, support external meetings, and represent the organization in industry settings to expand capital access.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Support coverage of bank counterparties and execute the bank coverage strategy
• Develop an understanding of bank mandates and translate them into actionable opportunities
• Maintain the bank coverage model and target list, mapping demand to capital solutions
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned bank relationships and prepare for meetings
