Job summary
Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Systems and Infrastructure Engineering in Bentonville, AR to lead enterprise Store Network & Design strategy and standards. You will manage cabling and telecom governance, partner with AORs, and steer a training center to elevateTechnical readiness across new stores and remodels.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area.
- Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area.
Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise strategy for Store Network & Design.
- Own cabling standards, telecommunications design, and infrastructure governance.
- Partner with ArchitectsofRecord (AOR) to improvetelecom design and planning.
- Lead Walmart's BICSI-certified Training Center and certification strategy.
- Establish vendor scoping, survey, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with Construction, RealtyExecution, GlobalTechnology, and Security.
- Drive innovation, technical standards, and continuous improvement.
- Measure design quality, workforce capability, and infrastructure readiness.
