Job summary

Penumbra, Inc. seeks a Manager of Statistical Programming to lead a team of statisti cal programmers supporting medical device clinical research.

You will drive programming standards, ensure timely delivery of study outputs, and collaborate with Statistics, Data Management, Regulatory, and Clinical Study Management teams. You will develop standard code (SAS, R, Python, Git), mentor on macro development, and oversee CROs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, CS, or math with 8+ years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of statistical programming concepts for medical devices or drug development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop staff, set objectives, and provide performance feedback.
• Lead a team of statistical programmers and oversee recruiting and retention.
• Plan resources including contractors and external partners for programming activities.
• Oversee creation ofTables, Listings and Figures for clinical studies.
• Ensure quality processes and verify programming deliverables.
