Job summary

Qualifications

BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field; MS preferred.
At least 8 years of progressive statistical programming experience.
Management experience leading a team of statistical programmers.

Responsibilities

Represent programming at study and project teams; collaborate with clinical development functions.
Create datasets, TLFs, and figures for milestones, regulatory requests, and submissions.
Promote and implement standard programming practices and SOPs.
Maintain documentation surrounding clinical data and programs.
Evaluate processes to improve standards and tools for the department.
Budget and resource planning for statistical programming in partnership with biometrics head.
Coordinate workloads to meet company goals; support other functions as needed.
