Job summary

Servier is seeking a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming in Boston to lead and oversee statistical programming for clinical studies. You will ensure CDISC compliance, work with CROs, and deliver high-quality analyses for CSR, iDMC, and publications, while aligning with regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Masters in Statistics or related field with 5+ years in pharmaceutical statistical programming, strong SAS skills, and experience in CDISC standards.

Qualifications

• Masters in Statistics, Engineering, or relevant field with at least 5 years in statistical programming or biostatistics.
• Proficient in SAS and CDISC ADaM/SDTM.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and data submission guidelines.
• Experience managing statisticians and CRO programmers.

Responsibilities

• Provide programming support for development or QC of SDTMs, ADaM specifications and datasets, and TLFs.
• Manage statistical programming activities for a clinical study (CSR, iDMC, analyses, publications).
• Ensure quality, traceability, reproducibility and timeliness of deliverables for regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with statisticians, CROs, and study teams on analysis requirements.
