Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a senior procurement technology and data governance leader in the United States. You will own sourcing systems, drive data integrity, and champion process improvements with AI-enabled analytics across regions.

The role partners with IT and finance to deliver system enhancements, ensure data quality, and enable proactive decision-making for sourcing managers. A bachelor's degree and 10+ years in sourcing with analytics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in sourcing/procurement with strong data analytics exposure.
• Experience with IT collaboration on system implementations or enhancements.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience with sourcing platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Jaggaer).
• Proven ability to lead process improvement and change management.
• Experience with AI/ML or advanced analytics in procurement or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance sourcing tools and platforms (ERP, eSourcing, CLM, spend analytics).
• Partner with IT to prioritize and deliver system enhancements for sourcing needs.
• Serve as product owner for sourcing systems; ensure usability and adoption.
• Drive integrations across procurement, finance, and supplier ecosystems.
• Establish data governance for sourcing and supplier data.
• Map and optimize sourcing processes across regions; lead automation initiatives.
• Define KPIs for cycle times, compliance and data quality; track progress.
• Lead AI/ML enablement to embed insights into workflows; drive adoption.
