As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) is focused on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized engineering and next generation national security products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers. We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set. We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers’ most pressing national security requirements.

  • Team Leadership & People Management: Mentor and retain a high-performing team of front-end and full-stack software engineers.
  • Technical Strategy & Architecture: Guide the architectural direction for mission-critical web UIs, ensuring high reliability, test coverage, low latency, and seamless state synchronization with underlying hardware and backend services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Embedded Systems Engineers, Backend Leads, and Hardware teams to align UI roadmaps with customer delivery milestones.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
  • 5+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in modern web ecosystems, including TypeScript, modern CSS/SCSS, and React (with state management tools such as Redux Toolkit).
  • Experience using RESTful APIs and addressing common challenges, such as state management and concurrency
  • Experience with front-end testing methodologies and tools, such as React Testing Library, Cypress, and Jest
  • Experience with serialization and deserialization frameworks like Protobufs
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance, at a minimum.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior experience leading teams at the intersection of hardware/embedded devices and software interfaces (e.g., SoC integration, robotics, IoT, or edge computing).
  • Technical breadth covering backend/systems programming languages (C, C++, Rust, or Go) and modern microservice architectures.
  • Experience with IPC models in embedded contexts
  • Experience implementing authentication and authorization in classified or air-gapped environments.

Form CC-305 Page 1 of 1 OMB Control Number 1250-0005 Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
