Qualifications

The Senior Manager, Software Engineering leads the execution of platform-level software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps and technical standards. This role oversees scalable infrastructure, DevOps practices, and cloud cost optimization while driving full lifecycle software development across multiple teams. The position requires strong leadership in architectural design, stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. By fostering innovation and continuous improvement, this role advances engineering capabilities and supports business objectives through effective project and team management.

The international last mile engineering team delivers scalable, high-performance software solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Focused on automation and continuous optimization, the team designs, develops, and maintains critical business capabilities with an emphasis on solution design, software development, and DevOps best practices. Collaborating closely, members ensure reliable system performance and measurable growth. This team fosters technical excellence and proactive problem-solving to meet evolving business needs while upholding high standards of quality and performance in a dynamic environment.


What you\'ll do:


  • Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.

  • Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development.

  • Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, championing DevOps architecture and CI/CD practices.

  • Implement cloud cost optimization and enhance automation, telemetry, and tooling to improve efficiency.

  • Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and promote technical quality and compliance.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships to align priorities and unblock progress.

  • Establish and track operational metrics to guide continuous improvement and ensure high system availability.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00


Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.


Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.


2 years’ supervisory experience.


Preferred Qualifications
