Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Manager, Software Engineering in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Architecture, design and security reviews. Prioritizing the work and feature deliverables, progress evaluation. Create and manage project plans and release planning, project scoping. Risk management and mitigation strategy development. Budget management for project. Release execution and management, delivery planning, resource planning. Cross-functional collaboration, process improvements, presentations, status reporting. Team/people management and leadership, performance evaluation. Stakeholders communication, crisis management, Remote team coordination, SLA agreement, Agile and Scrum practices. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Java, Node, and ReactJs; (2) Spring Framework; (3) Postgres, SQL, and DynamoDB; (4) Heroku and Falcon; (5) RESTFul and Microservices architecture; (6) OAuth 2.0 and SAML; (7) Docker and Git; (8) Distributed Caching with Redis; (9) Designs, Architecture and Security reviews; (10) Release Planning, Prioritization, and Delivery; (11) Agile Methodology, Certified Scrum Lead; (12) People management, decision making, and influencing; and (13) Project scoping, resource planning, and budget management. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $273,915.00 - $276,100.00 per annum.
