Salesforce, Inc. seeks Senior Manager, Software Engineering in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties

1. Code primarily in Java for back-end development.
2. Contribute to the analysis of functional requirements.
3. Resolve technical issues in existing applications.
4. Analyze, design, and develop test cases and implement automated test suites.
5. Collaborate with product owners, other developers, and management to design and develop high-quality software.
6. Lead the design and architecture of reliable and scalable products.
7. Mentor other software engineers in development technologies, tools, and processes.
8. Provide troubleshooting support for customer issues and ensure services are operational and available.

Note: HQ address includes additional Salesforce locations in San Francisco. The position may be offered at any of these locations. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel and relocation may be required.

Minimum Requirements

Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Network, Engineering (any field), or a related discipline, and one year of experience in software engineering or related fields.
