You will join the MoneyGuide Development team, a collaborative group of software engineering professionals responsible for building and supporting innovative technology solutions that power one of the industry's leading financial planning platforms. Partnering closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders across Envestnet, the team develops scalable applications, delivers customized reporting solutions, and drives enhancements that improve both internal operations and client experiences. As the Senior Manager of Software Development Engineering, you will lead a team of developers, champion engineering best practices, and help shape the technical direction of key initiatives while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Provides leadership and oversight to the Software Development Engineering group. Oversees team efforts to build scalable, secure platforms in support of Envestnet business operations, including wealth management, financial data aggregation and advisor-driven technology solutions. Works across cloud-based architectures, integrating complex data sources and APIs to deliver reliable, high-performance systems. Collaborates with product managers, data scientists and compliance stakeholders to meet both business and regulatory requirements.

This role offers a base salary range of $167,500 to $209,400. The range listed represents a good‑faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
