UKG is seeking a Senior Manager of Social to build a modern social capability that expands UKG's reputation and thought leadership. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in social media, influencer/creator strategy, digital communications, digital publishing, integrated marketing, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build UK's influencer and creator program from the ground up, identifying voices shaping conversations across work, AI, enterprise tech, business leadership, and priority industries.
• Develop authentic, sustained relationships with creators, influencers, industry voices, and emerging experts to extend UK's credibility and reach.
• Create organic and paid partnerships that move beyond transactional promotion toward distinctive content and conversations that provide value to creators, their communities, and UKG.
• Build governance, agency relationships, and measurement to scale influencer engagement responsibly.
• Develop paid amplification strategies for priority content and thought leadership, coordinating with Marketing and paid media teams.
• Lead hands-on social storytelling with a platform-first mindset, testing, learning, and optimizing based on audience insights.
• Establish a measurement framework linking social activity to reputation, reach, and influence, translating performance into actionable insights.
