UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, seeks a Senior Manager of Social to build and scale a modern social capability that broadens UKG’s influence and thought leadership across platforms. You’ll shape influencer and creator engagement, paid activation, and platform-native storytelling while aligning with broader corporate social strategy.

The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to develop talent and accelerate impactful social experiments across the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in social media, influencer/creator strategy, digital communications, digital publishing, integrated marketing, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling modern social or influencer programs, including strategy, partnerships, content, and activation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build measurement approaches beyond follower counts.
• Hands-on experience with paid social and content amplification, including audience strategy and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social strategy to strengthen UKG’s reputation and thought leadership.
• Evolve corporate social presence into an always-on platform for ideas, conversation, and influence.
• Build and scale influencer and creator partnerships across work, AI, and enterprise technology.
• Lead paid social activation coordinating with Marketing and paid media teams.
• Create a platform-native storytelling approach, testing and learning to improve impact.
• Establish a measurement framework linking social activity to reputation and business outcomes.
• Manage and develop social talent, ensuring alignment with strategy and execution.
