Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager, Drug Substance to oversee development and manufacturing of small molecule APIs for clinical stages, ensuring scalable processes, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead CDMO teams through scale-up for GLP/GMP studies, coordinate technology transfers, review batch records, and tackle process chemistry challenges while developing technical documentation. Hybrid Boston travel may be required.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Chemistry required.
• 6+ years in small molecule process chemistry.
• Experience with cGMP and technology transfers.
