Job summary

BeiGene, Ltd. is seeking a Manager for Small Molecule Packaging at its Hopewell site. This role oversees all aspects of packaging operations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards while leading a cross-functional team. The manager will be responsible for driving performance in safety, quality, and cost while continuously improving operational efficiency. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, along with several years of relevant experience in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GMP pharmaceutical packaging operations required.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Experience with deviations/CAPA/investigations required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of bottle filling, capping, labeling, cartoning processes.
• Ensure all operations comply with cGMP requirements.
• Drive improvements in OEE, yield, and changeover efficiency.
